Biography

Dr. Tengfei Long, Ph.D., M.D.

Position: Master’s Supervisor, Associate Chief Physician

Affiliation: General Gynecology Department, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University

Visiting professor, Department of  Obstetrics and Gynecologic, and Department of neuroscience, University of Padova

Professional Expertise:

Gynecological endocrinology, pelvic floor medicine, gynecological oncology

Academic & Research Achievements:

Presided over 1 project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. And other 15 research projects, 4 teaching reform projects. Published more than 30 academic papers.

Committed to the promotion of holistic pelvic floor rehabilitation: organized 9 consecutive sessions of the Pelvic Floor Hand-in-Hand Training Courses and 2 Sino-French Clinical Surgery Summit Forums. She has delivered technical training at grassroots medical institutions for over 60 times to promote practical pelvic floor diagnosis and treatment technologies.

2024: Oral Presenter, 11th International Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Hungary

Awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award for Excellent Teacher by Guangdong KeLin Medical Foundation, Excellent Teacher of Sun Yat-sen University and the hospital, Outstanding Class Advisor of Sun Yat-sen University, with a total of 5 honorary titles.

2017: Outstanding Individual Award, National Program for Prevention and Treatment of Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (China)

2020–2024: Won the Special Prize in Teaching Competition of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital and the First Prize in University-level Teaching Competition, accumulating 8 major teaching awards.
