Biography

Dr Jubril Adigun is a Foundation Year 1 doctor with a developing interest in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. This study represents their first original research project in women’s health. He has previously published a video in the BJS showcasing the repair of a post-oesophagectomy diaphragmatic hernia. His academic interests currently lie in early pregnancy care, gynaecological emergencies, and surgical training. He is keen to further develop his clinical research skills alongside his future career.

His research interests include early pregnancy care and ectopic pregnancy management, gynaecological emergencies, and the impact of evolving clinical practices on surgical training and medical education within Obstetrics and Gynaecology
